Once the architectural flow is approved, we layer in highly curated material palettes and finely tailored furnishings, ensuring the final space is deeply personal and entirely your own.

From materials sourcing to meticulous procurement and coordination with general contractors and tradespeople, we manage the rigorous logistics so you never have to answer a frantic phone call about a tile layout.

Every Currant House project is bespoke, tailored to the unique character of your home, and your vision for the finished space. Because no two projects are alike, design fees and construction budgets are determined after our Discovery Call, once we understand exactly what your project requires.
Full-Scale Renovation & Design Fees
Projects are quoted as a comprehensive, fixed fee based on square footage, architectural complexity, and required trade management.
Whole-home furnishings and custom execution typically reflect a commitment proportional to 25%+ of your property’s market value.
Furnishings & Procurement
We establish clear financial budgeting from the start, with rigorous budget management from initial plans through final installation.
