Stepping Back to Step Up

A few months ago, I sent out an email sharing that I was scaling back to consultation services for a time. Initially, I was planning to be away from large-scale projects for at least a year and a half, but I am thrilled to say I only needed nine months.

I was completely honest with you then: running this business as a one-woman show meant I was wearing every single hat, and I had simply hit a wall. I realized that if I wanted to keep giving my clients the attention and beautifully tailored homes they deserve, something had to change.

When you tackle a major renovation or a whole-home furnishing project, the design itself is really only half the battle. The other half is rigorous project management—tracking down bespoke orders, overseeing logistics, and acting as the vital translator between you, the builder, and the architect.

I knew I couldn't keep doing that all by myself while maintaining a white-glove standard.

So over the last few months, I took a step back to get help with my bigger picture dreams. I’ve been quietly expanding my team (more on that soon!) and leveling up our existing systems, so that we (yes, we!) can actually handle the heavy lifting for you.

Instead of just handing you a beautiful design plan and wishing you luck, we are now fully set up to step in as your dedicated liaison. We manage the complex logistics, coordinate seamlessly with contractors, and fiercely advocate for your vision to make sure your jewel-box home is built exactly how we planned.

Because we finally have this team and proven process in place, I am so excited to share that we are opening our books for a select few Full-Service, turnkey projects for Fall 2026. Yes, I am officially returning to full-service work this October!
